The 4 Mugelloteers

Post by MrsCupa »

:D peace and quiet - yay

Phonecall last night from Cupa in Switzerland

Ferry room was small and cramped and all 4 had to share 8O many complaints in the morning about the snoring coming from a certain kilt wearing man.

did 400 odd miles and found a hotel to stop for the night - ordered 2 twin rooms but their language skills not great and have ended up with 2 double rooms - poor iggy was sharing with Cupa

update from the racetrack

they've riden for 12 hours through torrential rain, thunder & lightning - their tents are up (just) in the swampiest bit of field and they are surrounded by loads of mad italians making loads of noise

oh aye and iggy snores

Weather forecast doesn't look great I'm afraid, I'm still jealous though.

Mind you worth putting a fiver on Vermeulen if it's gonna be wet. can get him at 20/1 some places. Both his wins in motoGP have come in the rain.

I bet there are worse things than snoring going on in an all biker-boy room! :?
If you ate yourself would you become twice as big or simply disappear?

Don't go there...it's too scary.

Glad they've got there safe and sound. Rumour has it they left the tent poles on the ferry so I'm still wondering how they're keeping the tents up 8O

I was watching the GP practice last night on Eurosport, can't believe the weather over there. Here in 'grim oop north' Leyland we've got 22deg sunshine!

Hope it dries up for them after travelling all that way.

i spoke to cuppa last night, they were all pissed as farts and having a great time, sounded like they were all standing in the middle of a riot, lots of bike/scooters doing donuts and rev limiter antics. said it had been very wet and stormy...and already thinking about next year...lol.

I Watched the 800 racing yesterday. What a scrap! Magello must be one of the best tracks on the GP tour IMO. I'll bet the guys loved it.

yup Kaz, humped is the technical term. It's losing power - that's about as much as I know
