Nice one man, I sold the Kaff to buy the VTR after my CB got a bang. I want another Kaff but thinking more along the lines of a CB750

Will have more pics of the build when I find the feckin camera, still waiting for the new gators to arrive too

So got the camera & got her a road worthy (a little @ least) Fair bit left to do to sort the front like getting Giz to chop off the crap for the ignition
across the red line

So heres a bit of what I got up to

Image
Image

Gotta pull out the loom & separate the ignition & get rid of whats not needed

My fancy dan headlight bracket

Thinking of using this screen?

After I get the top yoke sorted the lamp will be mounter as high up as possible too

Oh & yes that is the ignition you see on the side

Starting to look good Phil. I like the back end especially. Can't wait to see the finished product. The VTR must be one of the hardest bikes to customise properly.
I am saving up for a riser kit like yours at the moment, love the bike but the wrists are taking a bit of a hammering.
P.S. if you are ever selling the rear fairing (plastic under seat) I might be interested , cheers.

Cheers Charlie,
Gotta finish her bike & my work bench then hopefully getting @ the loom & looking @ finishing up the back end, back to work the end of the month (will be away for 3-4 months) so hope to get a good chunk done.
Bars that come w/it are real nice, but the lines are a little long but would allow you to play round w/wider bars ect.
Plastics for the bike wouldnt be top notch, but if & when I get rid your more than welcome to take a look & see if they suit. P&T Breakers in Cork have got one their breaking too. Where bouts are you?

W/the date of me heading back out looming I was gettin lazy & considering using the stock undertry, so I cut the wombles in half! I will still use the battery box for now, well I still am a little lazy. LOL! Will knock one up down the line.
After that it will be sorting out the location for the ECU ect

Tight fit but should work

Image
Image

Got the rear rack mounted, Ill be able to open it for chucking crap in, just gotta sort the latch. Note the rivets are the right way, gona add more (where the black dots are, just to stop stuff sliding round when strapped on)

Image
Image

Took the subframe off to get ready for sraying

Image

Not exactly the kitchen sink, but it is the side panels offa the dishwasher! Wanted to keep the frame on display, but w/her being an all weather machine I thought best to cover in so all electrics will be safe. Will look good when black anyway I think

Image

Not sure bout the screen?
