It's gonna break more than that if he tries to corner it on the RH side, that plate'll hit the deck!

And his rear light won't be visible at all form the LH side, due to the blocked-in wheels.
Whatever floats your boat, I suppose, but that one's a Titanic effort.

Getting back on subject

Between working on the CB I messed around w/the VTR
sprayed the rest of the frame (swinger, top yoke & lower forks to go) & as I had the rear cowl off the CB I threw it on & looked pretty good I think

New exhausts soon hopefully too

"pile of sh1t " indeed ! why not get a standard bike and just take a lump hammer to it!

might win a turner prize though?

The survival bike / rat bike concept is not my cup of tea, and that VTR in the link is just wrong!

But this one from the same website almost makes sense...any bike fitted with an axe is planning ahead

For me the VTR is the perfect bike, especially mine as she was pig fecking ugly when I bought her. Lot of lads have really made some nice bikes outta theirs on here, but Ive done the shiny & its not for me

Got a decent bit done today....
Changed the bars to higher ones (feels so much better), blacked out the top yoke, made the rear rack (still in progress as I need to get the chrome off), the old dishwasher sides came in handy again, made a new screen for the retro screen body (if that makes sense) outta it, sprayed it black & topped it off w/War Pig
Finally heading up to Gizmos to talk bout the new exhaust system (nothing special, just outta stainless & to go w/the shorter cans I got) the cans will sit just behind my feet
