working my way through the wiring... Due to LED indicators and lights there are no relays on this build so it's quite simple...I am using a very bright LED for the stand down warning, switched by an angle switch... it remains to be seen if it tolerates the vibration!

  It looks like I could have done with a very bright bulb for the in-gear warning light (see a few post back for those who have forgotten my error), even though I do have LED's in there already

A very neat looking job there Tony, nice work

well here it is... not quite finished as Royal Mail has let me down again... :Argue 1: :Argue 1: :Argue 1: It didn't start first time, in fact I spent MANY hours trying to find why I had no spark... Turns out it was because the bank angle sensor was faulty... I managed to bypass it and take it out of the circuit.

Another cracking build Tony 8) 8) 8)

I can hardly believe how different the Buell looks now from how it looked when you first got it (Pg. 51). The Tank and Seat unit make a big difference, plus the silver painted frame

Great work. For me that's the best looking build you've detailed on here.

thanks guys....

we all know that a light and fast throttle adds at least 20 BHP to a bike! As I am using a fast action throttle I needed to make some new cables… One tip I picked up is when you make the cables, cut the outer to expose the nylon inner so that it extends up through the bends so the whole thing is nylon lined

Quality build; you should be proud of yourself. What did the previous owner make of it?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

cracking job as usual! also, just had a read of your fibreglass seat making blog on page 2 so having a go at that in the next few days. my plan was to make a buck, then a female mould then make a seat from that mould but it's a lot of work. your method is a whole lot easier

definitely easier

well its finally finished... After finishing a build I always drag everything out of the garage to have a good clean up... so here they are lined up on the drive! My wife came out and said I needed therapy... I said this IS my therapy...

I probably wont do another build this winter.. that gives me plenty of time to sort a project for next one!

What a cracking line-up there Tony 8) 8) You should be a very happy man

I'm amazed how quick you have got through this build, you only got the bike in mid October '24 8O 8O
You have earned a break :D :D

I'm looking forward to your opinion of this bike when the better weather is with us later on in the year,

Chris.
