It's a scam, if you don't believe me e-mail the guy and say you will come over with the cash and I bet he'll say I am out of the country at the moment send cash and I will have it delivered. There is a lot of this going on on E-bay classified at the moment.

if that was real i would go to the bank now, get a loan and ride about smiling.....

...sadly the result would be get a loan, then cry lots after i "western union" transfer him the funds and never hear of him again!
