Alarm wakes me up at 04.45
,stick head out of door,it been raining,Oh well waterproofs it is then. 
20mins down the M62 it starts raining ,heading East into a stiff East wind,(windchill -3).Much of the same on M18 & M180.
Off the Motorways at Brigg & onto the road to Caister & then Cadwell,still raining ,loosing feeling in fingers.8miles to Cadwell & ITS WHITE OVER
Lost feeling in fingers last 8 miles using just back brake.Thinking never book anything again ever.Pulled into Cadwell circuit ,thers still snow on the grass but the track's clear
Went to sign in ( agony ,asked if a fingerprint will do 'cos can't hold a pen)
Told at the briefing that the snow melt should stop running off onto the track soon & the sun will shine & dry it up
OK 1st session ,missed 'cos i felt travelling the extra into Louth to fill before signing in was at least dangerous feeling how i did,thought i'd use the pumps at the track but they didn't open 'til10
& when they did it was £1.20 a litre OK session 2,still snow on the grass,melt running off on 2 or 3 places on track.Decide to take my fog mask out as it was wet through from the ride down,spent most of the session lifting & shutting my visor so i can see where the track is
OK session 3,the sun out, the track is nearly dry (with a whopping 5degrees of track temp.
)the oversuit is packed away,fog mask is back on,hey i can see where i'm going 
Right then,whats this all about?well after the ride down i couldn'nt give toss how the day was going to go.BUT within an hour or so i was loving it
.Every session improved the bike was flying it feltGOOOD.So for all of you thinking about it,give yourselves a Nike moment....
JUST DO IT
