Have added an extra 25BHP per tonne to the Storm and boy what a difference it makes.

I've just hit my weight loss target of 40 lbs. Result

And you've also raised a very poignant point. It always makes me laugh when people say they've added carbon fiber this and removed that, shaved this bit off and put on light weight whatever.
Most the time loosing a few few stone and improving their fitness would give much better results
