See you there about 4:30 Lee, look out for the Bonneville.

Heard about the fatals over the weekend, bad show

Bloody hell, never heard about any of them, was thinking of heading out to Squires last weekend too but got caught up in patio laying and stuff.

News Report

News report seems to suggest guy may have been following car too closely and collided with it when car braked. Rider hit by another oncoming car.
Was the guy wheelying prior to hitting the car Lee? Did you witness it?
Not that I do (wheely that is), not intentionally anyway (never learned how  ), nor do I necessarily condone it. But although the bike is not under full control while front wheel is in the air, if he was wheelying he should have known car was there. Also, if only just other side of bridge, why was the car braking?

Agreed Lee. We were up there the other weekend and its not only nobs leaving the car park that are at it, but others approaching the entrance from the bridge.

It always concerns me about everyone sat on the wall near the road when they start Richard about. One mistake and they could be through the fence and into plenty of folk just trying to have an enjoyable day. Its totally irresponsible no matter how "good" a rider they think they are there is no need for it on a busy A road like that.

Just hope nothing else happens up there this year. Doesnt seem 2 mins since that Ferrari had a smash outside with some pleb behind the wheel... :(

And, again, when we were up there it seemed there was some bloke loitering for a go at a bike or 2 in an Mitsubishi Evo. Not good.
