Good that you got a quick resolution to this. That sort of thing can drag on forever.

As for Orange, round here in Kent if you're on Orange you might as well use a pair of clean baked bean cans pulled tight against the string. Reception is dreadful with more 'drop-outs' than Brighton University!!!
