Well started striping my original engine now ready for the rebuild and im more pi**ed off than ever about it now
Took the front head off and give it a clean up then looked at the bores
Sill got a good bit of the original honing marks showing on the bores hope the rest of the engines the same
Just go’s to show that the 17000 miles it had on it must have been right and if some ape hadn’t snapped of the spigot it would have been still in the bike and running sweet
Well hopefully it should be a good un when finished
Don’t you just hate inheriting some one else’s ham fisted ness
