Yet another rant and moan

Post by andyh »

Hi gang, would just like to share with you all the fact that some Bast@RD set fire to my van last night and completely destroyed it along with all my handtools( carpentry ). :x :x :x
Just having a good old bitch and moan at the moment and generally feeling sorry for myself
Anyway at least I can have the day off and watch the cricket on telly:D
Thanks for letting me share this.

Just finished speaking with the fire officer and he has changed his mind about the fire being arson and now thinks it might be electrical :?
Yeh Timbo, it's my own van being self employed and all that. Nevermind, nobody was hurt and it looks like its covered on the insurance which is a relief.
Think I'll have a beer tonight :!:

Timbo,
I can remember when I was serving my time :? , the gaffer used to send me out to jobs and I would load the tools that I needed in to my "bass", tie it up and head off on the LC250 :D , trying not to scratch the tank!!!

Hope you have not lost everything Andy, as some tools are irreplaceable/ and have quite a bit of sentimental value.

Cheers

I know how you must be feeling Andy, what with me being a Carpenter and Joiner. I use to run my own van with all the different tools required for jobs in the building trade.

Hope you get it all sorted fairly quickly :!:
