Thankfully it's over, as much as i enjoyed it ,..Christmas and New Year that is :!:

My wife is unwell with flu ,so it looks like its up to me to get the tree down, the decorations, cards etc....i best be quick before the kids get out their beds ,cos they wont be happy

I 'havn't looked at the bank accounts since way before Christmas...too bloody scared too

I havn't stood on the scales either, again too scared , was off work for 13 weeks due too back muscle spasms ,i put on around a stone in weight ,i returned to work 4 weeks before the xmas holidays and managed to lose the weight i'd put on :D
Have drunk a lot and ate a lot of rubbish, i dont theres ever been so many tubs of pringles, thorntons chocolates ,tins of sweets ,bottles of wine etc in this house ,so nae doubt ive put the weight i'd lost back on :(

Back to work for me on Monday, but unfortunatly ,due to the "recession", we're on short time working (a 4 day week ...,basically if the car and truck industry are not building vehicles, then they dont need us to supply them with bushes and bearings ) for the whole of january, only then will our working hours be reviewed :(

Right....lets get this tree doon :D

I know how you feel, I have just de-tinselled the house on me own as usual.

Bah humbug maybe, but the best bit of Christmas for me is when the decco's come down. The house feels HUGE!

And frankly I don't cope well with surprises, and not being able to buy anything I want for the whole of Nov and Dec (in case someone's already bought and wrapped it) is a pain.

Still, that's over with and into a new year.

In which I can buy for 50% off anything I bought before Christmas.

Bah............... :x
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I took down the two small flashing LED stars that the ex girlfriend brought over a few weeks ago. That took, oooohh about ten seconds. That's Christmas done.
Already done the three days in the mid point after Christmas working hard still. Took the 2nd off as annual leave so now back to work again Monday.
My business is luckily not affected yet by the slump so here's to that situation continuing. Hope so, as being recently promoted to Sales Director means it falls on me to keep things going sales wise!!!
