Shame on me!

Hi all. Well, after six years I am finally without a V-twin. Trying to convert the SV to stupid French 100hp regs proved too difficult and costly, so it's back in the UK and up for sale at Fasttrack in Leicester (see Bike Trader). The ride back was a right bugger - 800 miles in freezing temperatures, while Haze and Sammy travelled in warmth and luxury in the car.
Good news is that I've already got another bike lined up, an old-school Faser 1000. It's fully loaded with gear, so we should be doing some nice comfy weekends away in the summer. And the good news is that as it is carbed it's a doddle to de-restrict. So I should soon have a bike that puts out about 20 bhp more than the one the froggies wouldn't let me import!!!
So that's the tool I'll be on if any of you get together and make it out to Chauvac this summer - hope to see you.
