The reason you feel that way Tim, is because we all know it could happen to anyone of us :!:

I attended the funeral, only recently, of a very experienced biker who lost his life in a freak accident on his bike. He had been riding bikes all his life and was 57yrs old :!:

My son was going around a mini roundabout when a woman pulled out in front of him ,luckily he managed to stop.A shouting match started until the woman shouted "your on a motorbike your supposed to give way to cars!! "Leaving the lad speachless. Wish he had got her number.....So be carefull chaps, she's still out there

I think there was a mention of that accident on the BBCi regional news pages last night, not good news I am afraid if it was the same one.
