request that if we knows where you is living, the locality like, then may be easier to offer help. ie if any one is in the basingstoke area for example i may be able to offer assistance or at least a second opinion on like a noise or whatever, but not for some one in the borders, comprend-a

Good call.
Similar for southeast/london, can help out or offer advice- competent for most things mechanical and electrical.
A fellow Stormer locally can be useful.
Sometimes it's the special tools, often its having done it before, mostly it's having the confidence to get stuck in.

Some chancer nicked the end of the sewage discharge pipe at low tide, and the sewage discharges straight onto the beach now.
I learnt to windsurf there- great motivation, you don't want to fall in......
