You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Top tip: use the ladies bog. They look the same but are much cleaner (well they were before I squeezed one out). Just expect to get lots of muttering and strange looks from the tally chicks when they see you leaving.
