Re: My Firestorm!
Looks good, for a red one!
Nice & clean & lots of nice little touches in there.
Is it a std shock with a new spring, or a new shock?
Oh, and I like the tyre sidewall gold lettering.

Very nice, mate.
Good attention to detail, even polishing the strip either side of the rear tyre tread......

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
Re: My Firestorm!
Cheers guy's for your comments
Steady now (in Churchill's voice)
I'll ignore the red bit comment yes standard shock with weight related spring from Maxton with Roger Ditchfield's upgraded forks. The forks upgrade made a huge difference IMO.
Funny you should mention and notice the gold lettering on the tyres. I was in two minds whether to fit wheel rim tapes, when a very good friend of mind suggested doing the lettering instead. I used to do the lettering in white many years ago on some of my old bikes, but hadn't thought about doing it in gold. I'm very pleased with the results now.
I had to park there officer as I needed to get the sheep in the picture (as rumor has it one or two of our members are a bit that way ) if you know what I mean Pete
I'll ignore the tyre bit too
Chris.

After looking at Chris's (Jonesey's) bike with the decals/stickers I feel I need something on the lower fairing/bellypan as I think mine looks a little bare as it is, what do you guy's think?
Chris.
Re: My Firestorm!
I know what you mean, mine's plain black underneath and needs something to liven it up a bit.sirch345 wrote:

How about "danger of death" stickers like they put on leccy substations?
