G'Day from Downunder

Post by Hobastard »

Hi everyone, I've been trolling your site after following a link from the Aussie Firestorm site... http://ozfirestorm.com.au/OZFireStorm.html.
II have had my 1999 Gloss Black Storm for two years now, and I have been progressively making it my own. details to follow in the Pimp my ride section.
I have been quite impressed with the information that i have found so far and I'm sure there's plenty more for me to find yet.

Welcome to the forum. It always fascinates me how the Aussies manage with the storm. The country is so vast and with hundreds of miles of outback to explore and no petrol stations. Do people risk it on a storm or do they stay safe in the cities.
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.

You've been watching too many Mad Max movies, There's plenty of fuel available around most of the country, and where it's sparse, the roads are straight and boring anyway.
I live in Tasmania there the longest stretch between fuel stops would be about 140km, and there is a terrible shortage of straight roads. Perfect country for the Storm.
