Anyone help with Illustrator..?

I'm going for a job - and I ought to hone up my Illustrator skills before a Mac Skills Trial - I'm savvy in most design apps - and have it at work on a Mac, but I need to sharpen up at home, away from prying eyes.

Any help would be appreciated, I really need this job!
