A driver recieved a NIP in the post for doing 43mph in a 30mph zone. He was caught on a gatso. To make sure there was no mistake, he asked the police to send him a photo of the alleged incident, upon which the man sent back to the police a photo of the £60 cheque he would have to pay. The police, displaying a never before seen sense of humour, posted back a photo of some handcuffs. The man paid up..........
