hi everyone, need a bit of help, can you all keep an eye out for my red firestorm. some nice person has borrowed it this morning so not very happy. i live at sowerby bridge near halifax. thanks

by borrowed I take it you mean theaving scum.....................that sucks!

post up as many pictures and any unique parts that were on the bike so we can watch e-bay as well

Also your number plate mate. I only live like 20 minutes from you, so will keep an eye out for it on the roads, but, im betting it will either be found abandoned, or it will have the plates changed and sold.

Do you have a pikey camp near by?

Will keep an eye out as I'm fairly local, please post more pics, as AMCQ said.

Also, please post the reg and frame number.

Is it an F-2 or higher, if so it will have smartwater as standard too.

looking at your avatar, the seat looks like a unique feature that should help identify this bike.......also will be obvious if the seat comes up on ebay

How was it stolen?

Was it garaged?

Im just curious as if there are bike thieves operating in this area, I want to make sure they dont get mine too... :evil:

Were the fairings and rear plastic resprayed as I can't see the VTR and V2 decals. Are there any other distinguishing features that you could list - milage, mods , tire brand etc.

I once found a friend's CBR600 that had been half-inched and had been taken to a local bike shop to be MOTd after having a coat of white dulux gloss, false plates and ground off & restampted engine no.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

it's got a digital speedo as well as standard so there's a small magnet on front disc. it's also got a Carbon Fibre Tank Protector, viper cans and brand new dunlop's. hope this helps a bit. thanks

I had my CRFx nicked a few years back and theres nothing that can passify the anger you feel..

it was on the front garden, thay was so quite, my missis did'nt hear anything and she is a light sleeper, nor did the next door neighbour did,nt hear anything and he had his window wide open. thanks
