I'd like to say sorry to the black storm (and other motorists) that were stuck on the M25 (between M11 and A12) on wednesaday afternoon when we had to close it because of a van alight with gas cylinders on board. I hope no one on here was stuck!
Unfortunately when cylinders are involved in fires I have no choice but to put an exclusion zone in place untill we can make things safe!
