bar risers

Post by Stormwalker »

Hi
I want to raise my bars, which is the best way to go, use dedicated risers or VFR ones, dont really want to be cutting the fairing, would anyone be able suggest a good riser kit..

Cheers

Same sort of thing as Moto GB ones, which is what I had on mine, they do what it says on the tin, I took mine off when I stopped commuting on it, loaned them to someone who then sold his bike. I think I paid 30 odd squid for them 2nd hand.

These ones you found are bloody expensive Dude!

Try looking for Moto GB I'm sure they are cheaper than that.

I think it's Moto GB but I could be wrong..........

Whichever has 41mm fork tubes, the VTEC definately has not sure about the 750 though might need to google it. VFR1200 has 43mm but they look nice and high, could work with appropriate shims but probably too much hassle and cost.

I don't know for sure but it's a fair bet that they will swap over, the bars themselves will be the same diameter.
