The front head and I'v bent the valves.... so where can I find second hand or new valves??or the front head?? Ta

have you not fixed it yet mate?
didnt you bend the valves when your manual CCTs came undone when we were going to meet up in Kendal 3yrs ago, or is this a new failure?

haha its was mate....the engine was in the kitchen and its in the way now, get it done and get it away.....

You'll find that a rear head is cheaper and easier to find; the valves are the same so just strip them out of the rear and swap over, lap them in, and away you go.
But otherwise it's just four valves and a head gasket, plus any ex studs that refused to come apart.
Oh, and shims, if any needed.
I'd guess about £80 all in, plus for the new owner, some oil, coolant and a filter.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

you may be lucky and only bent the exhaust valves.
