Engine cover case savers?

Post by jonacol »

I little while bacj I dropped a storm which luckily had carbon/kevlar engine covers fitted. I think they were made by Creation but I can't track them down ont tinterweb. I liked the design of them, kevlar rather than carbon was more resistant to impact and it wore well too, had an extra lump at the bottom of the clutch cover which took the brunt of the fall. I'd like another set, anyone know where I can get them? I've seen the carbon ones on German ebay but I'm not happy with just carbon, not good for impact resistance.
Thanks,

Carbonadi will make you whatever you want, carbon, carbon and kevlar, or just kevlar.

And you can choose whether you see black or the yellowy kevlar, they'll just laminate them with the outer layer as you prefer, it's up to you.
They're pretty good, really.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Indeed they're very accomodating, cover ordered with extra beefyness, got some proper bike fettling to do now, radial m/c turned up today as well.
