Throttle cables or brake /clutch hoses?

Should be able to get extended hoses off any braided manufacturer and the cables should reach with a bit of adjustment.

You can get some custom (longer) cables from Motion Pro......

Kind of. I went to braided clutch and brake lines before my conversion, but found that they still fit after I had changed everything. It won't hurt adding a couple of inches (ooo err missus) to the standard braided line length if you want a bit of slack in your lines though
