well got back yesterday been on a mountain bike ride started by getting the train from newcastle to edingburgh on friday morning started from the castle 12 of us then followed the cycleway down to galashields stayed over night that was 62 mile with sun,rain,and hailstone. then saturday 90 mile from galashields to seahouse stunning sights and rolling hills stayed in seahouse then 67 mile back to south shields yesterday very hard but fantastic few days got to admit scotland is a beautifull place.

90 miles in a day on a bike!!! I'm struggling to do that on a Storm
