Repsol Update

Post by seb421 »

Few new Pics with the new discs and exhausts

This is how it stands currently, it needs a wash and a polish so might replace photo's at weekend when ive given it a clean off to work in a few mins

Still need the wheels in orange, the tank redone correctly and to fit the brace to the swingarm

look great those Marty

my dad has them on the blade, how much was they?

What happened to the fender, hope it wasn't a frank meeting with a disc lock like I had.

Hard up on funds now so bikes going to have to go on the back burner for a while got birds graduation a wedding / week break in lakes to attend and a holiday to pay for.

R&G don't make fork protectors for the Firestorm. But it can be done.....

I had to adapt my own to fit, a fair bit of faffing about.

The RH side is easy enough; just drill and tap the wheel spindle short bolt and screw in.
But the LH side needed a compressible rubber device being made, same idea as aftermarket bar ends.
I don't really think it's going to stay in there if I drop the bike hard, but it helps if it falls off the sidestand or just topples over.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
