I'm Back (sort of, in a loose way...no not like that!)

Post by Squiffythewombat »

Hey Guys,

Well i've logged back in for the first time in er...i believe about 3 years! Seems theres many new users and a couple of the oldies :) Hi to all the newbies!

I'm pretty sure im going to be getting another firestorm or SP2 (funds pending), looks like they are still pretty sought after. I've rung a few dealerships and almost all said they don't hang around - says alot for a bike thats over a decade old!

My GSXR1000K2 will be up for grabs (will post in sales) if anybody is interested..it needs a bit of work!

Hello to Tim, Kitch, Sam, Caroline, Paul and any of the other old skool members that are still about :)

Anyway, good luck with your search

Welcome back Toby, from another relative newcomer.

And I too agree with your tag line  ........another favourite comeback of mine is "How can I be expected to soar like an Eagle when I have to work with turkeys like you"

Welcome back Mr Wombat, 3 years eh, time files.

You were doing some stunting IIRC how did that go? Not too painfully I hope.

Thanks guys!

Yeah i did get into stunting for a bit. Bought a CBR600 and fully stunt modded it, cage and all then realised that having two jobs and a girlfriend didnt leave huge amounts of time for pratice sadly. Pratice with stunting is KEY so sold the bike last year sadly. Still cracking the odd stunt now and then...

Seems like quite a few of the old members have gone the IL4 route, though having ridden the RSV4 at the weekend my lust for something a bit more "fun" has come back and due to a crash awhile ago my back and lifestyle will suit a storm perfectly :)

Now all i have to do is clean my GSXR and swap it with somebody hehe :)
