Hi all,

New to all forum melarky..Here goes, just part-exed a 600 Fazer for mint 2000 X vtr 10324 mls on the clock. :D pick it up Fri (Cannot wait), had the fazer for a year...first bike for 32 years, just love the sound of the vtr, must have watched every firestorm youtube video uploaded..

I live in the Stockport area (South Manchester).

Love the forum guys..cant wait for the cct's to fail!!!!not if - but when..Hope to hear from you soon,

Welcome to the forum, I went from Fazer to storm as well. You will love the torquey V twin, takes bit of getting used to at first. And you will love it even more with louder cans. :D

I take it you have read up on CCTs already then. :lol:

Hi, welcome, I am new too. I just picked my new Firestorm up too, will post pictures soon. I am north Derbyshire so not too far for a cuppa at Matlock :)

Thanks for all your welcomes guys.... yes only 6 more sleeps! :D

Not concerned really about the cam chain adjustment..try and keep it serviced.

HI Mate.

You will love the Storm. I got mine in November last year, 2001, 11k miles (mint like yours looks)

I wont bore you, but i have had 7 bikes in 11 years............should have bought this when i first looked at one in 2001!

I have added some mirror extenders (off ebay, my second pair for different bikes i have had £25), they fit easily and at least give you some chance of seeing behind you!

Hi all

Yes got it........Love it, not been off it...love the sound the torque the big cheesy smile.

Only down side..115 miles to a tank!! 600miles in 10 days :thumbdown: Small price to pay.
