Strangely enough this bike is actually growing on me from when I first saw it on the Superhawk forum. It's reminds me of a modern day bike of the Mad Max ilk. Everybody to their own I know

It reminds me of very early aircraft and racing vehicles. Some bits, like the little fly screen, are quite nice in isolation but overall the effect isn't pretty.
