i see a portal link and no working portal, do you need any help getting the portal to work?

i put one here http://www.ukbiker.me/phpBB3/portal.php when i was pissing about with that site when that one first came out had to be implimened the hard way, i belive there is an automod for it now

The CSS is all over the place at the moment maybe pixles have been used instead of em's
