Overall sounds very muted - are they standard exhausts? Is the idle set too low as you keep revving it like a boy racer (possibly) to keep it from stalling?

Not too sure with spitting with all the revving - Are the header / links pipes / cans seals okay? is it an airleak. A certain amount of stutter/carb fart is normal - make sure the carbs are balanced and idle is set to recommended rpm.along with seals and clamps nice and airtight - What happens at speed on the overrun does it burble & bang?

When I saw the title I thought someone had spat at you and you caught it on camera. Turn the sound up to hear you rucking.

You have some carb farts. Have you put baffles in the cans recently, it seems a bit quiet. That would effect the way it runs. What's your carb set up like. IIRC you have the Remus Grand Prix's these days. I would start with taking the baffles out if they are in there. If not then give the airfilter a clean, if it's OM jest give a blast through with an air compressor unless it badly blocked, if so change for a new one. Also give the carbs a balance. Even you can do that if you have the vaccum take off pipes already there for the carb balance.

Even when I was a young punk rocker I was never keen on spitting, so my answers ....No, spitting is not OK! :)

Go easier on the wrist. You're probably pumping too much juice in for the engine speed.

I cant remember if you are a "proper" biker or a southern softie like myself? anyway I took mine out for the first run for about6 weeks yesterday and it was popping and banging and clonking like a b8stard for the first 5 or six miles then it bucked up a bit. I put it down to 2 month old petrol?
was that the first time you have been out for a bit?
also what is with all that revving? was it stalling a lot ?

was trying to get the noise on camera and I like the noise it makes in closed area's
Dont useally do that though i've checked the joints and it seems there is a 2cm space between the joint to proper connect so think air is sneaking through that so what would you seal them with wicky.I have some cement but think thats last rescort was thinking more on a silicone side.
On over run sounds sweet as a nut although some times it like stops and then starts in a ml a second :confused
