Damned headlight screws

Anyone else had problems trying to undo the lower 2 of the 4 screws securing headlamp to fairing?

Yep all 4 of mine were stuck .
I had to prize them out

Which method did you try? Think they have crap brass knurl nuts sunk in fairing which get stuck to screws?

Yep them things :-( . You can drill them out but I just pulled them out then filled the holes with plastex and then drilled and tapped them again .

I plugged mine with clear tubing and screwed into that....

Yup - Had to lay it face down a towel and carefully drill them out - replaced with ss allen headed bolts with some copper grease.
