Daytona 955i clipons and cbr900 forks

Post by Steve6088 »

After experimenting with a variety of clipons for my cbr900 front end I have found out that daytona 955i (late model) clip ons work great.

There is enough raise to come above the top yoke and clear the fairing, allowing full steering movement. I am pleased with the almost stock look these give, unlike adjustable clip ons.

Might make this fork swap a bit more affordable for people considering it. I got a pair of 955i clipons for £20

Ill take some photos later :D

how do these sit height wise in comparison to the standard bars, I have 900 forks to fit but am not sure if I want the low bar position. any chance of some photos from the side?

I'll take some photos from the side later. I'd say they sit a fair bit lower that standard though
