CASTROL POWER1 GPS 4T 10W-40 semi synthetic?

Hi everyone have bought above oil as was going cheap on a deal at sainsburys 50p a litre.just checking is this oil ok as have read here somewhere before the debate about part synthetic oil being good and full synthetic making the engine not run good.just double checking before doing the oil as on Halfords page they say 10w-30 for firestorm.cheers in advance for replies :thumbup: ps how many litres does it hold.

Hi m8tey .. the amount Honda specify for the the sump oil is 3.9 litres .. you changing the
filter as well I presume ? good luck 8)

50p a litre...you sure ?? Normally what, about 8 quid ish ??

If so, I'm off out to buy all they have !!

yep 50p a litre sainsburys petrol station. so its ok then

Well it looks like it's a motorcycle oil so better than allright at 50p 8O a litre.

I shall be getting some of that myself. Lets hope it's all Sainsburys petrol stations and not just your local because they have overstocked or something.

oh well looks like i got to go to sainsburys now on the way to my first job tommorrow :)

There was no branded oil of any sort in my Sainsbury Garage :(

At first I thought it was April 1st again...I had the pineapple primed & waiting ...not lubed just primed... 8O

I'm out n about tomorrow but not sure if there are any Sains on my route...

plenty of castrol for sale at warren heath ipswich.. sadly none for 50p
Same experience in my neck of the woods. They didn't even have 1L containers. 2.5L for 12.99 or something. :eek2
