Yellow paint colour

Hi guys,

Searched for ages again but no joy.

What colour is my yellow bike, obviously I know it's yellow but how do I match what I have?
I work at Halfords and can get car paints but not bike paints, does anyone know where to get paint or an equivalent?

Unless the PO tore it off, there is a sticker on the sub frame, under the seat... Tells you the Honda paint code, there are a couple of different yellows depending on year... With that, It's no different from Honda's car paint... Keep in mind, I'd still suggest having the color matched instead, a couple of years makes a big difference to paint color...

The early yellow colour s notoriously hard to match, as the shade is effected by the base coats used, and will also have a lot of pearl in it so what looks like a match in your garage lights will not match in natural light

Most people end up doing more than one panel to get round the problem

Mine is a 2000 and is yellow the paint code is Vtr colour code Y163P.
