Picked it up today

Post by leevtr »

The yellow peril....flying banana....whatever you want to call it !!

Image

19 litre tank in the post and manual cct's on the dash of my van....things to do !! I was going to change the cans but they actually look good, sound really well and bike runs fine with them, so I might just leave them be. Plus they sit at a nice angle compared to standard.

Other than give it once over and change cct's/fuel tank, not much. Gonna black the wheels and bellypan, might dynojet it. Other than that, nowt.Oh, probably do the reg rec as well...not really a mod though.

What belly pan. Funky looking cans what make are they. +1 on the angle but they will cause you luggage problems. I'm not a fan of the end cap.

Looks nice, despite all that custard someone's spilled on it! ;)

After the dyno jet, black wheels, CCT's, r/r.... It's just the beginning!

Not in Lee's case, anything else is just unnecessary :biggrin

They look better in the flesh, and at £400+ to change them for anything decent, they'll do for now. They are Motad Venom, think theyre a one can fits all design, but the bike runs fine and sounds well. Luggage problems.....no they wont, isnt any luggage going over the tailpiece. I might de badge them tbh, theyre only stick ons I think. For a cheap can they seem quite good tbh, and I'm generally not a fan of cheap shite.

it'll look better with black wheels and bellypan, are you keeping the standard bellypan, or getting another skidmarx one?

Argh that's cool then. I was thinking you might want panniers going by those ones you posted the other day with the rail. I liked them, I think it a clever design.

Hopefully a while, what with having the bigger tank on the way.
