Say does anyone know if its possible to do repairs on the plastic panels? This bit came off..

Anyone found any special strong glue or something?

You could fiberglass it back on
use dremmel to shave some plastic off and apply fiberglass onto the shaved bit...let it dry...trim excess off and done
