how to check & set headlight beam ??

Hi, can anybody give me a easy way to set headlight beam height & angle ???

Use a tape measure and a bit of chalk on a wall somewhere. Make sure your on even ground and the bike is away from the wall. Sorry I can't remember the distance away, someone else can chip in with that. Then measure the vertical height for the dipped and main beam and chalk lines on the wall. Yet again I cant remember the height of the top of me head. Obviously best done in the dark. You then have the horizontal and vertical alignment adjusters on the back of the light.
