Anyway when I went to replace the very rear triangular link plate back into the swingarm after I had cleaned it up I found that it would not rotate.
So I removed the distance piece which the two needle bearing run on.
I then removed both of the needle bearings.
The picture below shows the good bearing.

The last picture above shows the link plate with both bearings removed.
Question: It can be seen that there is no shoulder for the new bearing to butt against to allow the correct distance for the dust seal to be placed on the end afterwards. Any tips on doing this (getting the bearing located correctly).
