Looking for advice please
Have just got me self some yoshimura RS3 cans.
Will I need to rejet to suit or will they run ok without jetting?

Re-jet. Your bike will run if you don't but don't you want it to run well? IMO anytime you change anything along the air intake, fuel, and exhaust path, you should rejet to suit.

Stick them on, see what you think, then get a single power run with a fuelling printout from your local dyno operator.
It'll be about £30.
Post up the printout and we'll tell you.
The operator will try to persuade you to get it fuelling better, but wait until you hear what we offer, before spending money.
