I can beat that one. I've been known to pop 2 mins down the road on the bike wearing croks while going for a test ride after dong some work on the bike. I always make sure I put the strap around my heel first now though because one fell off once while changing gear and I had to go back and pick it up off the road Have ever tried changing gear in your socks

Yes I have that problem when wearing stilletos, especially the Red ones, the heel keeps getting caught in things
