Lowering seat/gel pad insert

Afternoon, anyone done a seat height reduction mod?, thinking of reducing by 15mm - 20mm and putting in a gel or similar type comfy pad to ease my numb elbow syndrome at the same time. Looking for any feedback regarding who did it and any recommendations for someone who does a good job, also anyone got a spare seat they are not using for sale allowing me to keep an original one for the future. My bike is a 2003 f2 model. :thumbup:

AP and others have used " Else made seats"and are happy with them
he also does a little discount for forum members i believe :thumbup:
told you not to but oh no you knew better
