Just gone back to a VTR

Post by plcorg »

Hi all,

Have just bought myself a 2000 FY Firestorm (registered 2002) with a lot of cosmetic damage, I'm going to refurbish it as my first ever bike project as I loved my old 1997 Firestorm and when you get older and have some spare cash - you follow your dreams right?

One big issue I'm having problems with sourcing Firestorm stickers and a new tank cover... would be great if I could get a VTR fuel cap cover too? Intention is to start work while I'm on leave in October or failing that December while I've got a number of days off.
Refurbishing a FY Firestorm...

Still running a 2008 R1 and a 2006 TDM

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
