Post by firestormdownunder »

Hi all,

Just got my hands on a 99 vrt1000. Havent been riding for a few years so keen to get stuck back in. My last bike was a gsxr600. Bit of a step up but im sure it willbe all good

welcome to the forum buddy, a gsxr600 is similar in out right power to a vtr, but a vtr has more torque, completely different power delivery. have fun dude....

Welcome aboard

You won't need to rev the VTR like the GSXR600, make use of the torque
