Swing arm - painted ????

Post by BrianC »

Is the smooth part of the rear swing arm painted?

Seeing as it's off might as well tidy it up

Has a lacquer over it so takes a bit of rubbing to get that off and buff the swingarm up to a high polish.

Did mine recently, as was said takes a bit of effort, i used medium sand paper, then 800 wet/dry and finished off with 1200 WD
Then polished, does look better, but does take a bit of effort
