Which Manual CCT'S ?

Post by stevegringo »

Hi all, I've only had my storm for a couple of weeks and was planning on doing the CCT mod shortly, well today whilst cruising along at 70mph in top gear the CCT gremlins got me and now I need to fix it ASAP!
I was wondering if any one could recommend any particular makes of Manual CCT's or particular sellers on ebay etc ...

Cheers Steve.

I put Krieger ccts on my storm from markgayle in USA they arrived in week and appear to be well made and they come with gaskets too. Hope this helps.

Hi all and thanks for the replies ! ...being the impatient sod that I am I bought some manual tensioners from ebay yesterday before you all replied ! I'm not sure if they are any of the ones that have been mentioned but they don't come with gaskets and cost £46 so might be Ade's ones ...
anyway thanks all for the response and I'll let you know how I get on with them ! :D

If your CCT has failed at 70mph then you have bigger issues to deal with than simply changing them over.
