Raising handlebars without cutting fairing.

Post by jacques schiddt »

Hello folks!

Is it possible to install higher bars without having to modify the fairing?

Cheers!

the later models after 2001 had a change to the angle of the clip on which don't need cutting
some after market adjustable clip on don't need cutting but when you go to say rentals you usually have to cut the fairing ,some times changing the master cylinder (Cbr600) can save the fairing
depends on how much your going to raise the bars i guess
told you not to but oh no you knew better

Another option is fitting bar risers no need for any modifications at all
