slipped my new blade calipers on.... and thats as good as it got lol..... brake bleeder gods why do you make both outer sets of pistons move, to the point it bends the discs but the inner pads are nowere near the discs even? iv put a litre of fluid through the dam things. no leaks and getting good solid fluid out of the nipples?
inner pistons are moving fine but only seem to come back out about 2mm.
Have you definitely got them on the right way round? I.e. right fork leg on right caliper?
The inner pistons should move out more than 2 mm. If that's all they move even when the other ones are putting enough force on to bend the disc, I would guess they're seized somehow. Have you stripped, cleaned and replaced the seals?
remove the calipers and put a bar between the pads, pump the pistons out so all four are even the push them back just far enough to get the calipers back on. check to see if there's any binding.

all four pistons seem to be moving freely. calipers look like new to be honest just dont seem to be getting pressure behind the inner ones. atm im just using the lever to try and bleed them .think il have to try a syringe on them and push fluid up the way and see if that does the trick..
kinda cured. put my old calipers on with the new master cyclinder. 2 mins and it bled up no problems so that will do for now. dont wana miss any of this good weather
